1. Shipping Policy
We deliver nationwide across Nigeria through trusted third-party logistics partners.
All orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes:
• Lagos: 1–2 business days
• Major cities (Abuja, Benin, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, etc.): 2–4 business days
• Other states: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to logistics conditions or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees are calculated based on your delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

2. Payment Policy (No Payment on Delivery)
All orders must be fully paid before dispatch.
We operate a strict no payment on delivery policy. Orders will only be processed and shipped after full payment has been successfully confirmed.

3. Delivery Process
Orders are shipped via verified dispatch riders and logistics partners. You may be contacted prior to delivery to confirm your availability. Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
• Incorrect address
• Unreachable phone number
• Customer unavailable
The order may be rescheduled (additional delivery fees may apply) or returned after multiple failed attempts.
